Kelly Clarkson is an American musician and singer who has become the nation's favorite following her win of the American Idol title in the initial season of the show. This win did more than propel her to stardom and acclaim, but it also earned her a multi-album recording contract with RCA Records 19 Recordings and 'S Records. Since then, she's released a number of studio albums. In these albums, 3 reached the US Billboard 200 Chart while other albums were one centimeter away. Her name is among the biggest artists that come out of the American Idol series. After achieving success, she tried out different genres and themes, frequently co-writing her songs in accordance to her own personal experiences. Because of her distinctiveness and talent as a performer and songwriter, she received praise from reviewers and was awarded a couple of important award. In particular, she has won the Grammy Award a record three times. Her music career is not her only occupation. She also appears in movies and television programs. In addition, she is the author of the children's novel River Rose and the Magical Lullaby as well as a member of numerous charitable organisations.
